These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the You’re Born For This™ website, mobile application, memberships, subscriptions, community features, courses, meditations, audio content, Human Design content, journaling tools, affirmations, coaching resources, digital products, and other services we may provide (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services are operated by Hayden Consulting, LLC (“You’re Born For This™,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Services, creating an account, purchasing a membership or subscription, or otherwise using You’re Born For This™, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase a membership, or use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

2. Your Account

Certain features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login information and for activity occurring through your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not impersonate another person, create an account using false or misleading information, share an account in a manner not permitted by us, or use another person’s account without permission.

3. Memberships & Subscriptions

You’re Born For This™ may offer free and paid membership levels. Paid memberships may provide access to features such as meditations, courses, Human Design resources, journaling tools, affirmations, community features, audio or video content, coaching resources, live experiences, and other content or features. Specific features and benefits may change as the Services evolve.

Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

Certain memberships are offered as automatically renewing subscriptions. Before purchasing, you will be shown the applicable price, billing period, and other material subscription terms. Unless cancelled, an auto-renewing subscription will renew according to the billing period associated with the subscription.

4. Apple App Store Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription through the You’re Born For This™ iOS application, payment will be processed through your Apple ID/App Store account. Your Apple subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with Apple’s subscription terms.

Apple is responsible for processing App Store payments and providing the applicable subscription-management functionality. You can manage or cancel an Apple App Store subscription through your Apple account subscription settings.

Cancellation generally stops future renewals rather than immediately terminating access for a billing period that has already been paid, subject to Apple’s applicable policies and applicable law. Refund requests for purchases processed by Apple are subject to Apple’s applicable refund policies and processes.

5. Google Play Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription through the Android application using Google Play Billing, payment will be processed through your Google Play account. Google Play subscriptions automatically renew according to the subscription terms presented at purchase unless cancelled.

You may manage or cancel an eligible Google Play subscription through your Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the applicable paid billing period, subject to Google Play’s policies and applicable law.

Google currently requires subscription offers to clearly disclose material terms including price, billing frequency, and automatic renewal, and requires apps offering subscriptions to provide an easy way for subscribers to manage or cancel them.

6. Website Purchases

Purchases made directly through the You’re Born For This™ website are processed separately from purchases made through Apple or Google Play. Website purchases are subject to the pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and other conditions presented at checkout.

Apple and Google Play do not process, manage, or provide refunds for purchases made directly through our website. For assistance with a website purchase, contact us at hello@yourebornforthis.com.

7. Cancellations & Access

Cancelling an automatically renewing subscription prevents future renewals as provided by the platform or payment provider through which you purchased. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or provided by the applicable payment platform, you may continue to have access to paid membership features through the end of the period for which payment has already been made.

Deleting the You’re Born For This™ app from your device does not necessarily cancel an active subscription. Deleting your You’re Born For This™ account also does not necessarily cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google Play. You should separately manage or cancel that subscription through the platform through which it was purchased.

8. Refunds

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple’s applicable payment and refund policies. Purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google Play’s applicable payment and refund policies. Website purchases are subject to the refund or cancellation terms disclosed at the time of purchase and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Wellness, Educational & Spiritual Disclaimer

You’re Born For This™ provides content intended for personal development, educational, inspirational, spiritual, and general wellness purposes. Our content is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical or mental-health condition.

Nothing available through the Services constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice. Meditations, coaching content, Human Design information, spiritual practices, journaling prompts, affirmations, intuitive content, and other materials are provided as tools for personal exploration and education.

You are responsible for determining whether particular activities or content are appropriate for you. If you have questions regarding your physical or mental health, please seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information obtained through the Services.

10. Human Design & Spiritual Content

Human Design charts, interpretations, intuitive materials, spiritual teachings, energetic practices, oracle-related content, and similar resources provided through You’re Born For This™ are intended for self-reflection, personal development, education, inspiration, and entertainment.

We do not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, relationship, health, spiritual, or other outcome from using this information. You retain responsibility for your own decisions and actions.

11. Community Features & User Content

You’re Born For This™ may allow members to communicate, post content, participate in communities or groups, send messages, upload materials, or otherwise interact with other users. You retain ownership of content you create, subject to the limited rights necessary for us to host, display, process, and operate that content as part of the Services.

You agree not to post or transmit content that is:

• Unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory;
• Sexually exploitative, fraudulent, or deceptive;
• Infringing upon another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• Malicious software, harmful code, spam, or otherwise harmful to our community or Services.

We may moderate, restrict, remove, or disable access to content or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or protect the Services.

12. Community Conduct

Our community is intended to provide a supportive environment. Members may disagree, but harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, exploitation, hate speech, impersonation, scams, and intentional abuse of other members are not permitted.

Violation of these standards may result in content removal, temporary restrictions, suspension, or termination of an account.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the You’re Born For This™ name, branding, original courses, written materials, meditations, recordings, graphics, videos, training materials, downloads, designs, and other original content provided by us are owned by or licensed to Hayden Consulting, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your membership gives you a limited right to access and use our content for your own personal, non-commercial use. Unless we give you written permission, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, commercially exploit, record for redistribution, or create unauthorized derivative works from our protected content.

14. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, access, and use the You’re Born For This™ application for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive source code from, circumvent security features of, or otherwise misuse the application except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

15. Apple End User License Agreement

If you download or use You’re Born For This™ through the Apple App Store, your use of the application is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”). Apple’s Standard EULA applies to the licensed use of the iOS application and is incorporated into these Terms by reference where applicable.

16. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or provide access to services operated by third parties. Your use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies provided by those third parties. We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Availability & Changes to the Services

We work to provide a reliable experience, but we cannot guarantee that every feature will always be available or uninterrupted. We may add, modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features or content over time. Material changes affecting a paid subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable law and applicable platform requirements.

18. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of a material violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, threats to other users, security concerns, or misuse of the Services.

Termination of an account does not automatically cancel third-party subscriptions unless expressly stated by the applicable billing provider.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hayden Consulting, LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information are described in our You’re Born For This™ Privacy Policy.

23. Account Deletion

Information about requesting deletion of your You’re Born For This™ account can be found on our Delete Your Account page.

Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate processes. If you have an active subscription through Apple or Google Play, you should also manage that subscription through the applicable store.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to the Services, our business practices, legal requirements, or platform requirements. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date below.

When required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before material changes become effective.

25. Governing Law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and disputes concerning them will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of mandatory protections provided by the laws applicable to that consumer.
